A scale 3D model of the Technodrome was made to get a sense of scale and work out some of the scripted features.

Because the Turtle's HQ had so many details several illustrations were done to show various aspects. Here is a low angle that also shows a peek into some of the quarters.
Here's a high angle showing the Turtles at play. The cavernous space opened up what would normally be a claustrophobic underground space to create a more cinematic atmosphere.
